As a dedicated real estate professional my mission is to provide you with the highest level of service possible. From the very beginning I am committed to helping you make a sound home decision, whether you are looking to buy or sell real estate. As your REALTOR®, I am qualified in guiding you through selling, buying your Port Orange, Daytona Beach Area, New Smyrna Beach, Volusia County Florida home. My goal is to find you the home you want at the right price. I believe in using my experience in real estate finance, contracts, negotiating and marketing to your best advantage. Your dreams are my dreams and I look forward to being a resource to you and your family for a lifetime.

Yes, I'm one of those "Yankees" that came down to Florida and never went home. But, can you blame me?

I grew up the as the oldest in a large family in White Plains, New York. My siblings and mother still live in the same area with their families. That is the one tough part for me about living in Florida - I miss my family and friends. The good news is - we are closer to most of my husband's family now and I have made many new friends. And, now our family and friends have a nice place to visit.

I love and live in Port Orange with my husband Mike, and my son, Dan. Our daughter and her husband live in Port Orange, too. Mike fell in love with the area during his many Daytona Beach Bike Week trips. Once he gave me the grand tour, I was hooked, too!

Mike and I are both retired police officers. I am a retired Lieutenant and Executive Officer of The Village of Mamaroneck (NY) Police Department. Mike was a motorcycle officer and then worked as a detective before his retirement from the Village of Port Chester (NY) Police Department. He then worked for a few years doing harbor patrol on Long Island Sound for the Rye (NY) Police Department. Mike was the department's armorer and firearms instuctor for years. After serving my community 24/7 for over 20 years, I am dedicating my time to being a full time and full service REALTOR®. I am prepared to service all of your real estate needs.

My Bachelor's Degree is in Psychology from the State University of New York;and my Real Estate Pre-Licensing education was received at Daytona State College. I began my real estate career at the former Century 21 Crouch Realty in Port Orange. I was welcomed into the Keller Williams' family early in 2008. In 2008 I received the Graduate REALTOR®  Institute designation or GRI. Short sales have become a large part of my business. In order to be better prepared to deal with homeowners in a distress situation and their lenders, I have received the SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) designation and the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert); certification. I don't like using the word "expert" because processing short sales is an ever changing process. I vow to remain current with the changes in legislation and processes. Considered a Certified Internet Professional, I have completed the National Association of Realtor's ePRO  course of study and also completed the IMSD or Internet Marketing Specialist Designation.  In 2015 I achieved the ABR or Accredited Buyer's Representative or ABR designation. I have exceeded the continuing education requirements needed to maintain licensing and will continue to take advantage of future educational opportunities.  I am a member of both the Daytona Beach Area and the New Smyrna Beach Area Board of Realtors.
